New Rein homes completed

Things are moving fast with the development of New Rein. Last year, the homes of phase 1, the first homes of phase 2 and the first five free-sector rental homes were completed. The last home owners will receive the key to their homes in this beautiful neighbourhood on the Oude Rijn river in the first quarter of 2024.

The first phase consists of 24 semi-detached houses, 10 townhouses and 1 detached house. The second phase will offer semi-detached and semi-detached houses along the Oude Rijn river, characteristic town houses, single-family houses and rental houses.

There are houses overlooking the Oude Rijn river and verandas characterise the streetscape. The gardens are generous and the spacious layout ensures transparency between the houses and residential blocks. There will be beautiful green strips and the small harbour is now looking nice.
