The Fizz livestream

The construction of The Fizz student housing in Leiden has really started: the transformation from barren wasteland to lively surroundings for 394 student units can be followed day and night via this livestream.

This week, the pile driving will be completed, after which we will soon be able to place the first part of the building, constructed with prefab elements. Commissioned by International Campus, Niersman is realising the project based on a design by Kokon.

The Fizz is in a beautiful location, right on the waterfront, close to the centre of Leiden. The project realises 394 student units at the Ypenburgbocht in Leiden. This is an important step in reducing the large housing shortage among students in Leiden. View more of the project here.
