Agreement social housing De Akkerranden

Together with VORM Holding and BPD Gebiedsontwikkeling, we are developing 24 social housing units in Oudenhoorn. The homes will be offered by Woonstichting De Zes Kernen. In this way, we want to make high-quality living available to everyone.

The residences will be part of De Akkerranden, for which Kokon previously designed the urban plan and architecture of all 180 properties, including 12 social owner-occupied single-family homes and 12 attainable housing units.

Paul Opstal, senior developer at BPD: "This is where we will soon be able to add these 24 social rental flats. The flats will have an air source heat pump, so tenants can also save significantly on their energy bills." In collaboration with VORM, these beautiful flats have been developed based on the 6D living concept.
