Building permit granted for 't Oude Landt

For 20 years Kokon has been involved in a number of conversions and upgradings for the 't Oude Landt apartments and care facilities. The location has undergone so many metamorphoses, that the original building is almost completely transformed.

The current stage of transformation concenrns the northwestern corner. The project consists of 42 semi-independent care apartments with common living rooms, as well as 20 independent apartments for senior citizens. The building has a medical facility, and separate circulation areas for care purposes.
