Construction Bouquet, Zwijndrecht started

In Zwijndrecht, construction of project 'Bouquet' has recently started.

The project consists of 21 patio houses, for which the buyer could customize the plans for each house according to taste. The modular concept of the basic patio house by Kokon allowed for this.

The initially one-storey high houses are all built around their own patios. These patios are the hearth of each home, and the intermingling interior and exterior spaces generate a generous spacious living experience, unique in the current real estate market.
