It is with great pleasure that we look back on the past architectural year. Kokon thanks everyone for the fine cooperation and looks forward to a pleasant continuation, where we are committed to making living even more of a joy.

A few highlights highlighted:

• Completion of student flats The Fizz
• 45 years of service for Alwin and Patty
• Start of development of housing in ‘t Valkentij
• Architones concert by Ron van Leeuwen
• First pile of Baltimore Waterfront residential tower
• Kokon tours to Den Helder, Lille and Ghent
• Completion of Schoonhoven residential care complex
• Publication and exhibition by the Willem van Tijen Foundation
