Kokon visits Parijs

In the weekend of 20-23 September, Kokon has visited Paris. The inner city was thoroughly scrutinised by bicycle, in order to find out how and in what fashionable places the Parisians spend their free time.

During this research, among others the architectural phenomena of PoMo and brutalism were investigated and the night life was experienced first hand. Reportedly, the drastic renewal of the Les Halles district is successful, the hipness of the Le Marais district has only increased, as the numerous niche shops can confirm, and the startup campus of Station F is not only very effective, but a very cosy place to relax, in between drastic innovative activities.

A very successful excursion indeed, and the impressive speed of Thalys high speed train on the return journey was more than compensated by a heavy thunderstorm, but that did not spoil the fun!
