LIV Leiden sold to International Campus

Fantastic news: project LIV Leiden, with 394 student homes, has been sold by client Niersman to International Campus Group who will operate it as The Fizz Leiden. We look forward to seeing students living in our design starting in 2023!
With LIV, 394 student units at the Ypenburgbocht in Leiden will be realized according to Kokon's design. This is an important step in reducing the large housing shortage among students in Leiden. The complex is located at a central location in Leiden and consists of two sustainable buildings connected by a bridge. The design consists of two parts: an L-shape and a square, connected by a central glass zone. The masses stagger in height under the influence of 2 mill biotopes and the nearby houses.View more about LIV Leiden here.
