Outpatient clinic in Vlootschouwer opened

With the raising of the flag, the new outpatient clinic of Franciscus Guesthouse & Vlietland was officially opened. From this facility, located on the first floor of the new Vlootschouwer, medical care and diagnostics are provided to all residents of the Municipality of Maassluis and its surroundings.

In addition to the outpatient clinic, the design of De Vlootschouwer also provides space for seventy, now occupied, social rental apartments of Maasdelta for seniors. All apartments have three or four rooms and, of course, the entire complex is wheelchair-friendly. The homes are built energy-efficiently in accordance with the Building Code and the complex has a green roof with solar panels.
