PEP construction site visit to Schoonhoven

Kokon's PEPs Isabel, Alara and Alan, together with Süleyman Özbek, visited Schoonhoven, where new housing is being built for Gemiva. This will accommodate 32 clients with intellectual disabilities.

The architecture of the L-shaped building is fresh and playful, using a bright brown brick on the ground floor combined with a white stucco facade on the first floor. With this, the design is in line with the other ground-level homes to be built on the AZS site. Construction is well underway and is scheduled to be completed summer 2024.
