With the completion of 30 energy-efficient, ground-level homes in Westergouwe, the realisation of Stadswonen Westerhof is complete. Kokon wishes the new owners much living happiness.

Historicising style features, such as refined window layouts and subtle ornaments, give the homes a unique appearance. The solid plinth of the buildings, the variation in façade heights and the use of characteristic details give the homes a timeless allure. Find out more about the design here.

At the end of last year, 54 luxury rental flats were already built within the Westerhof plan. The various building blocks follow the area's natural water structure and embrace the central diagonal watercourse, creating a harmonious and playful layout. The design fits seamlessly into the visual language of Gouda's city centre.
