Construction Wilhelminahaven reaches highest point
27-09-2021
Last Wednesday, the construction of the Wilhelminahaven project in Oosterhout reached its highest point, which was celebrated festively. The two new flats provide space for 80 apartments, consisting of both owner-occupied and social housing.
In appearance they form a twin, two building blocks designed as an entrance to a new neighborhood along the Wilhelmina Canal. Both buildings are equipped with spacious, well-used balconies that can be bordered with glass screens if desired. Much attention has been paid to attractive and technically high quality materials that require no maintenance. Roof terraces at the corners bring the building sculpture to a lively conclusion.
The official start of the sale of the apartments is this Thursday, September 30 in the Gecroonde Bel on Bredaseweg. The expected completion of the apartments is in the second quarter of 2022.
