De Akkerranden

Oudenhoorn lies a stones' throw from Hellevoetsluis on the islands of Zuid-Holland. Close to Rotterdam, within the ample space of the polders. Central in this new urban plan for Oudenhoorn lies the new 'brink', village square. Beside the existing 'ring' in which the village church is situated, this is the most important public space in Oudenhoorn. Because of the large impact the new expansion on Oudernhoorn, the plan wil be phased. Both the urban plan and the zoning plan are composed to be altered with new developments in mind.
