De Watertuinen, phase 3
Watertuinen is a new residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Maasdijk. The small scale of this residential area fits in perfectly with the village atmosphere that is so characteristic of Maasdijk. Living in Watertuinen is not for nothing described as living in a quiet, watery and green environment. The versatility of the new residential neighborhood can also be found in Watertuinen phase 3.
The last phase of Watertuinen consists of 64 homes. Once again different housing types, from varied single-family homes to semi-bungalows and terrace houses. The final phase will be completed in early 2021. This officially completes the new residential neighborhood Watertuinen!
