The luxury residental building 'Lyceumhof' is commissioned by Woningstichting Den Helder and Stichting Vrijwaard.
56 contemporary apartments and 24 care apartments for psychogeriatric patients are built to replace the former Nieuwediep school at the Molukkenstraat in Den Helder.
The design was setup in 3D from the beginning and is completely built according to our BIM process.
