The Court Gate (De Hofpoort)

On the site where Diependorst and Hofdijksweg meet, the Court Gate (Hofpoort) will be created. A beautiful new construction plan with 33 gasless, sustainable and above all spacious flats. This project is characterised by timeless architecture, smart layout and wonderful balconies and terraces.

Timeless architecture

The building has an attractive, tiered design. This structure gives The Court Gate a small-scale feel and the charming facades conceal a wide variety of flats. Kokon has paid close attention to the outdoor spaces, so residents are sure to find a sunny or shady spot. Once The Court Gate is built, Ouddorp will have a beautiful landmark marking its entrance to the village.

The Court Gate will be a very comfortable home. The building will be built according to the latest BENG standards. The flats will have a heat pump system and underfloor heating. In addition, each flat will have a number of solar panels installed on the roof. In short, the flats will be gas-free and excellently insulated.
