Passive house Villa G

Situated on a beautiful, southwardly oriented lot, Stichting PassiefBouwen's main office is incorporated within a newly designed villa. The structure is designed for possible conversion into multiple apartments.

Based on Stichting PassiefBouwen's principles, the PassiveHouse Premium requirement defines the design process. Sufficient overhang, sufficient solar panels and sufficient glass are struggling for priority. 

The optimal balance between these three requirements should lead to the required energy production of 120 kWh/m² (floor space). The design is realised by 3 architects of passive buildings: beside Kokon, LWSA and Rothuizen have participated in the design sessions.
