Stek 13, transformation of the municipal archives
Transformation of the former municipal archives of the city of Dordrecht, located at Stek 13.
After transformation, 29 new apartments will have been realised. The oldest part of the building will then be completely restored, the part from 1965 was completely stripped bare and built up again, according to our new design.
In between the two parts of the building, an impressive void is included, around which all traffic areas meet. Here the residents can meet and hold activities.
