Swetterhage, phase 2

This project is part of a large area, under care of the Gemiva SVG groep, concerning facilities and apartments for clients with an intellectual disability.

Apartments are semi-independent, with diverse facilities in the immediate surroundings.

Phase 2 consists of housing for 80 clients, in 4 buildings, and buildings for day care for 36 adult clients and 30 chlidren and yound adult clients.
