Swetterhage, phase 1B
This project is part of a large area, under care of the Gemiva SVG groep, concerning facilities and apartments for clients with an intellectual disability.
Apartments are semi-independent, with diverse facilities in the immediate surroundings.
Phase 1b is set up as a group of sustainable buildings that consists of 3 larger buildings (G02, G03 and G04) and 3 villas. Building G02, G03 and G04 consist of apartments for disabled, and facilities. Building G02 has a greenhouse at the south side.
All buildings are designed with shed roofs with solar panels, except the villas. The largest building, G03, is built with a centre courtyard garden and terraces on the roof of the first floor. The 3 villas are interconnected and consist of semi-independent apartments.
