Villa Zonnestein

Villa Zonnestein was built in 1904 and was recently restored and expanded into a residence/office combination.

The whole of the mansion was expanded to 1,5 times its former size, completely within stylistic parameters. Style elements from the beginning of the 20th century were key elements in the detailing, which resulted in a seamless blend with the original design.

The interior was designed according to classical examples from this eclectic period, resulting in individual atmospheres without any discord. In the central hall, a monumental stairway was designed, linking both wings of the building.
