Warandepoort
Along the southern edge of the canal in Oosterhout a residential area is built with 61 apartments and 47 houses of different types.
The apartments can be entered via porticos and corridors. All are provided with large terraces and balconies, which are placed transversally at corners of the buildings.
The town houses are all built with gabled roofs. The architectural design is based on a lively interaction of masonry and striking glass facades.
The masonry consists of a specially manufactured, abraded terra coloured brick.
